What resistance bands are included with the unit and what is the resistance for each band?

The resistance bands on your machine provide smooth, fluid resistance. The weighted resistance for each band will vary the further it is stretched. Below is an example of the resistance you will experience using your machine. Note that each band can be used separately or combined for a total of 7 resistance levels.

Gray resistance band resistance range from 150% to 217% = 3kg/7lbs to 5kg/12lbs
Black resistance band resistance range from 150% to 217% = 4kg/9lbs to 7kg/16lbs
Red resistance band resistance range from 150% to 217% = 5kg/13lbs to 10kg/23lbs
Bands offering additional resistance are offered as an upsell before checkout.

How do I exchange or replace a resistance band on the Total Flex™?

Everything about the Total Flex L is designed for time-saving simplicity, and that includes upgrading your resistance bands. To exchange lower level resistance bands with higher ones takes just a few minutes. Consult your owner's manual or watch this step-by-step instructional video.

Does the unit arrive fully assembled?

The Total Flex™ arrives almost completely assembled. The only bit of assembly needed is to attach the left and right “arms” to the unit. This is an easy step to complete and is described in the owner's manual. We have also created a quick video to help you with this final step.
